The pillar of the organization, Mr. Kadappa Mysore, is a young, energetic, dynamic and upcoming entrepreneur. This stalwart hails from a village, Belligatti in Kundagol taluka in Karnataka. Born on 1st of June in 1971 completed his preliminary education at hometown and completed his BE in Instrumentation stream from SIT, Tumkur in 1995. Soon after getting the degree, he joined ELTEL in Bangalore for production, servicing and calibrating the electrical test and measuring equipments.
Later, as his interest in setting up his own laboratory gained momentum, he indigenously did devise a tan delta and capacitance test kit. With this kit, he tested many of the power equipments at Karnataka Electricity Board (KEB), Bangalore, Tumkur and Hubli. This was the motivating factor to set up his individual test unit. Further within 2 years, he strengthened his skill set by conducting tests on power equipments in various states other than Karnataka, like Punjab, Tamilnadu, Pondichery, AP and Orissa. As Mr.Mysore's life has a big space to put up his own business, considering the experience gained during his career as basic foundation, in Feb 1999 Shanthala Engineering came into picture as a labella. As a result of his continuous, non-tiring efforts, he was bestowed with "National Award - 2005" for the best small scale entrepreneur in India and this day Shanthala Power Research Corporation is a leading testing laboratory in private sector in the country.
Today, Mr. Kadappa Mysore, The Chairman, is building the organization at a bullet speed to emerge as a leading laboratory at global market. His mission is to conduct any type of tests under one roof. |
